I went into this workshop with equal levels of skepticism and openness to possibilities. My science brain still can't wrap itself around the "how" but by the end I was bending spoons with very little effort. It was the first time in my life that I created "magic" with my hands that the brain couldn't immediately rationalize to steal the enchanting experience away.

Spoon boy: Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth.
Neo: What truth?
Spoon boy: There is no spoon.
Neo: There is no spoon?
Spoon boy: Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.
~ The Matrix, 1999
Because the worldview of energy is relatively new to modern life, it is sometimes difficult to demonstrate to people the reality of energy; however, when people directly change their reality when they bend spoons and forks, their minds have direct physical proof that something changed in physical reality.
~ Uri Geller
The workshop I attended with Corinne was literally mind-altering! Learning how to spoon bend was something I wanted to do for many years so when the opportunity came, I jumped at the chance to take this workshop with her! There were quite a few people there and the first person to achieve the miraculous spoon bending was one of the people who was sceptical! Everyone’s energy was so great and one by one around the circle people began to bend spoons to their disbelief! When it happened for me, it was as if I could feel the material of the spoon liquify between my fingers and instantly knew that I could do it. The excitement of it actually occurring seemed to make the structure of the spoon return to its solid form as soon as I lost focus. I keep the spoon as a reminder of the power effects of our minds and how important it truly is that we are careful of our thoughts. I would highly recommend this workshop to alter your perception of just how powerful we truly are~*
